What shipping options do you offer?

We ship via USPS, and you can choose how quickly you want your happy mail:

  • USPS First Class Shipping – $4.95
  • USPS Priority Mail – $10.95

 Where do you ship?

Right now, we’re shipping within the United States only. One day, we hope to spread Prickly Pairs magic worldwide.

Can I pick up my order in person?

If you're in St. George, UT — heck yes! Enter code PICKUP at checkout to waive shipping. We’ll reach out to schedule a pickup time that works for you.

 How can I track my order?

As soon as your package hits the mail stream, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your earrings every step of the way.

How long will it take to arrive?

We usually ship orders within 1–2 business days of your orders being placed.

Delivery speed is like trying to catch a squirrel - it depends on where you are, the shipping speed you choose, and how busy the post office is. The below shipping times are more of a rough estimate than a guarantee.

  • Standard: 2-5 Business Days
  • Express: 1-3 Business Days
 Can I change my order once it’s placed?

We’re speedy shippers (most orders go out in under 24 hours), so changes aren’t always possible. If you need to tweak something, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help!

What if I don’t love them? Can I return them?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — as long as your earrings are unworn and in original condition. For the full lowdown, head to our Returns Policy.

My earrings arrived damaged. What now?

Oh no, that's not the vibe. Email us within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll sort things out quick — either a replacement or a refund.

Are your earrings really lightweight?

They are ridiculously lightweight. Even our chunkiest statement pairs won’t drag you down — we’re talkin’ less than 7g per earring. No tugging. No ouch. Just floaty, happy lobes.

The pair I wanted is sold out. Help!

Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or small batch, so when they’re gone, they’re gone. That said — feel free to message us! Sometimes we can recreate something similar or let you know if a restock is in the works.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not at this time — we’re keeping things small, slow, and soulful for now.

 Can I request a custom order?

Heck yes! We adore custom requests. Just shoot us a message or DM with your idea. We can’t take on everything, but we’ll always let you know what’s possible.

Are your pieces really handmade?

Yep — all of our pieces are made with love (and a little desert magic) in St. George, Utah. Expect small variations, that’s what makes them feel so personal and full of heart.
