Here's the deal: if you're not totally feeling the love with your purchase, no worries! You've got  14 days to return it and get your money back.

Just shoot us an email at hello@pricklypairs.com to snag a Return Authorization #. Oh, and don't forget to spill the beans on why you're sending it back – we're nosy like that! 😄

Quick heads up: shipping charges aren't refundable, and you'll be covering the cost to send it back to us. We recommend using a trusty service like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Now, here's the nitty-gritty: make sure the goods are in tip-top shape, with all their original tags, packaging, and bling intact. NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED, sorry!

Oh, and those sale items and final sale pieces? They're like the final scene in a movie – totally non-negotiable. Unless, of course, they're defective – then we'll sort you out, no problemo.

We do our best to double-check everything before it leaves our hands, but if you spot any issues upon delivery, give us a shout within 7 days. We're here to make things right!
